Carter's Catering is a professional service that provides everything you need for your next event. Pick it up in our store, let us deliver or sit back and let us do it all. Our catering menu below is just a starting point. We will work with you to custom create the menu of your choosing.

Biscuits and sausage gravy with grits or fried potatoes and bacon or sausage
Breakfast burrito with fried potatoes, salsa and sour cream
Scrambled eggs with grits or fried potatoes and bacon or sausage and a biscuit
Breakfast sandwich (egg and cheese with choice of sausage, ham or bacon) with fried potatoes or grits
Chicken biscuit with fried potatoes or grits
All breakfasts include: choice of iced tea, coffee, or orange juice and ice, cups, paper supplies, butter and jam.
Corned beef hash, hash brown casserole or mixed fruit bowl may be substituted for any side item or added to any meal for an additional charge
